Assessment Workshop Engagement- $5000
The Assessment Workshops Engagement is a series of workshops specifically designed for a new imaging project. CWS worksheets are used. All workshops and interviews are performed through the phone and web. Recommended to be scheduled 2 per week.
Deliverables:
- Requirements Worksheet: List of business requirements for the system
- Sizing Worksheet: Number of documents, size of documents, document types, targets, indexing requirements
- Software Recommendation Worksheet: Software requirements and pre-requisites
- Infrastructure Worksheet: Minimum hardware and network requirements
- Weekly Status: Accomplishments, Risks, Tasks for the following week
- Recommendation: Overall high level design of the system in PowerPoint
- Implementation Project Plan: Hardware, Software, and Implementation Costs, Dependencies
Workshop 1: Project Manager: 2 hours - Expectation, Assessment Project Plan, Infrastructure, Existing Documentation, Sizing Worksheet, Scheduling

Product / Services / Training Enagagement- $7000
A one week special engagement bundle is currently priced at $7000 US.
This bundle includes the following:
- (2) CWS Processor with all modules.
- (1) One week Professional Services (40 hours, not on site).
- (4) A single session of web administrator training (maximum 4 people).
The focus of the bundle is to familiarize business and IT professionals with the product, create a project plan, install the Processor, and determine next steps. This should not be considered enough time for a full implementation.
Additional time may be requested for the following:
- Solution development: CWS configuration, integration, Documentum development, etc.
- Custom module development: integration with another application
- Project management activities: project plan, requirements, test plan, etc.
This bundle is a great way to get started on your immediate solution or a pilot program.
